Important: Message for Customers Using Eero Mesh Networks


Eero mesh network’s recent software update has caused our models to continually reboot. Prior to the software update our models operated fine. We have had no similar reports regarding other mesh networks.

If you go into the Eero app and turn off UPnP in “Advanced settings”, wait ten minutes, then connect your Como Audio system to the main network, it will operate properly once again including being able to use the Como Control app, Spotify, etc. You can view a screenshot here.
